Membership is open to all Prince George's County Public and Private agencies, and individuals from the community. Participation in the Homeless Services Partnership may include staff members from public and private agencies/organizations, community volunteers, representatives, and individuals who are or have been recipients of homeless services.

Members are required to pay yearly dues and are due each July.
